I’m not so great at posting before and after pics of my aesthetic work, but this is TOO GOOD not to share.

With all the trending aesthetic treatments out there promising the world…. “we” (patients and doctors) must remember …

Is it evidence based
Is it safe
Is it just a fad
What research has gone into supporting this technique or product?
How good is my injector?
Can the injector fix complications?

Exosomes are a current fad… some products show amazing promise and have the medical studies to back up their claims. But some definitely do NOT! I use the brand as they actually have studies!! These are allowed to be administered to the skin in the UK with microneedling. But NOT INJECTED. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW.

However the best and only “non-foreign body” treatment which harnesses the patients own healing properties is fat grafting. Fat grafting is well known for harvesting our own exosomes, growth factors and intercell messengers to heal and rejuvenate any tissues applied too, but also can add volume to the mid face. THEY ARE PERFECTLY SAFE TO INJECT INTO THE FACE AS THEY ARE THE PATIENTS OWN CELLS and regulations allow us to do so.

Here I have applied fat grafts (aspirated fat cells) to the face for a non-surgical facelift and we were blown away with the immediate results to the nasolabial and marionette lines. We addressed the mid-face volume loss.

Thanks to the seffiline technique I can aspirate fat cells safely and re-inject them into the face for amazing rejuvenated results lasting 18 months +++++ without compromising patient safety.

Did you know I have ADHD?

My children have also been given this diagnosis. But what does it mean?

I asked Google AI……

FYI I’ve been accused of being lazy. Anyone who knows me would call me a grafter.
I’ve been accused of being unprofessional as I’ve sent emails at 3am… I didn’t realise others don’t do this…

Let me know your thoughts…..!!

An "ADHD working hours disclaimer" typically refers to a brief message some individuals with ADHD include in their email signatures or use as an automatic reply. Its purpose is to communicate their potentially non-traditional work schedule and manage expectations with colleagues and clients, while reducing potential misinterpretation or pressure.
Purpose and Benefits
Individuals use such disclaimers to:
Set Boundaries: Clearly define their own working hours, which may be flexible to align with their optimal focus times, to separate work and personal life.
Manage Expectations: Inform others that they may send or respond to emails outside of standard office hours (e.g., at 2 AM) but that the recipient is not expected to reply outside of their own normal working day.
Foster Understanding: Raise awareness that work patterns may differ due to neurodivergence, helping to create a more supportive work environment.
Reduce Shame/Anxiety: Proactively address potential concerns about their work habits (e.g., late-night emails) that might otherwise lead to negative assumptions.
Example Wording
One example shared in an online forum that is considered professional and clear is along the lines of:
"I have ADHD and work strange hours, please don't feel pressured to reply outside of your normal working hours"
Another more detailed example used by a neurodivergent person includes:
"Disclaimer: I am neurodivergent and so think differently: I may send emails outside of normal office hours but you are not expected to reply outside of your normal working day."
Key Considerations
Disclosure is Voluntary: In the UK, you do not have to disclose an ADHD diagnosis to your employer unless you are seeking formal accommodations under the Equality Act 2010. This type of disclaimer is an informal approach.
Reasonable Adjustments: Flexible working hours are a common and effective reasonable adjustment that employers can offer to support employees with ADHD, as it allows them to work during their most productive periods.
Focus on Productivity: When discussing work patterns with an employer or using a disclaimer, it is helpful to frame it in terms of how it enables you to perform your job effectively, rather than as a limitation.
For more detailed guidance on workplace accommodations, you can consult resources from organisations like ADHD UK or the Job Accommodation Network (JAN).

A feature I did a while back in HELLO! but still very relevant!!

Over 13 million women in the UK need to wear a pad to protect themselves from leaking urine, It also gets so severe some women won't drink so they can leave the house with out worrying about p*eing themselves or finding a clean public toilet in time.
This leads to:

dehydration
mental health issues
reduced quality of life
loss of confidence
recurrent urine infections
loss of labido affecting marriages/relationships
contact dermatitis (like nappy rash)
sore or painful v***a

don't suffer in silence ladies
