From someone who used to hate runningโฆ to someone who genuinely loves it ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฟ
Growing up I was always sporty and active โ I loved exercise โ but running? Not a chance. Every time I tried, it hurt. My feet ached, my legs felt uncomfortable, and it just never felt right.
Fast forward to training as a podiatrist, and everything changed.
With the knowledge and clinical skills to properly assess movement, foot function, and biomechanics, I could finally see why running had always been so uncomfortable for meโฆ and more importantly, how to fix it.
Now? I absolutely love getting out for a run after work. Itโs my time to be out in nature, clear my head, unwind and de-stress after a busy day ๐
