Sitting down for a call with a beautiful Sister we have now been supporting for nearly 6 months, I can’t tell you how much of an honour it is to not only be invited into someone’s inner world in their book writing process but to be part of their tribe to support them to share it with the world.

This project has been brewing for lifetimes but it’s being activated through us right now,

Sisters of the Rose continues to expand and deepen and this programme now really sits at the core of what we do here, our stories are our keys,

After publishing my own book, something awakened in me that I can’t ignore anymore — a knowing that our stories are not just words on a page, but acts of reclamation, courage, and return to self.

This is why the Rose Author Programme is so close to my heart. It was born from the ache, the beauty, and the liberation I experienced in writing my own story. I realised how many of us are carrying books inside us — truths, lessons, transmissions, memories, wisdom — waiting for a safe and guided space to bloom.

The Rose Author Programme is that space.
A gentle yet powerful container for anyone ready to write from their essence…
ready to be seen…
ready to reclaim their voice…
ready to share the story that only they can tell.

If you feel the pull, the whisper, the nudge that your book is calling to be written, I would be honoured to hold you through this creative and sacred process.

We begin in January and enquiries are now open.

We met at a temple in Goa, as part of the Awaken as love festival

we didn’t even speak that much.. we had a few chance meetings…

But we FELT eachother….

Our priestess in eachother bowed in deep recognition that we had met before.

From that time onwards Egypt was in our field,

she felt the codes the land had for her there, I was calling in facilitators and her work around sacred union was a perfect fit so close to my heart.

And from that point Union, our first ever mixed container in Egypt was born and what a journey it was.

This woman is an inspiration she wholeheartedly brought her energy into this retreat, she initiated me by saying yes by bringing in our brother .official and so our retreat was born.

It is just the beginning of the layers we will weave together and im so grateful 🙏

This is the meaning of what we do here at we come back together and remember that we were NEVER meant to do it alone.

We come back together to weave to support eachother to RISE, our doors are open to next year if you want to join the second edition of Union 🪽🪽

Deep grateful for the ways that this beautiful business unfolds beyond what I can imagine I am so grateful.

Our Union Retreat has officially come to a close — and what a journey it’s been. From shared insights to deep connections, we’ve re-centered, recharged, and reawakened the spirit of leadership within our circle.

How I am here in front of you today...

I grew up in a small town in Oxfordshire, and although I had a wonderful childhood I always struggled to understand my place in the world. I struggled with identifying who I was and what my place was in the world.

Through my twenties I visited a whole host of different therapists in my struggle to tackle anxiety, OCD and depression. None of these practitioners were able to truly support and empower me to make the shift that I needed. This got me thinking.... if this is something I am struggling with I wonder who else is feeling the same? I felt a real lack of a holistic approach to supporting people not with one aspect of their mental health, but looking at the whole picture - mind, body and spirit. That is when I found Co-Active coaching.

Co-Active coaching, is coaching like no other key principles are built in the fact that there is no “finish line.” We are all on a lifelong leadership journey, and every person’s journey is unique to them. Co-Active is a contextual lens to experience this journey from different orientations. Co-Active helped me to stretch my sightline, get out of my comfort zone, and grow along the way. It helped me to understand my own journey. Through my own personal coaching journey I was able to reconnect with myself - my values, wants and desires. I started to visualise who I was and what I truly wanted out of life.
