A safe, female-only sanctuary - relax & renew. I created this space for women like me, who have felt lost somewhere along the way - women who are tired of pushing through, holding it all together, and putting everyone else first. Women who are ready to reconnect with their inner calm, reclaim their energy, and remember what it feels like to simply be. For years, I watched women around me carry the weight of the world on their shoulders - stress, sadness, exhaustion, and the relentless pressure to do more and be more. I saw how deeply they needed permission to rest, to release, and to feel safe enough to let go. And I knew I wanted to create a space where that permission was freely given. My Approach to Healing

I don’t believe we are broken and we don’t need fixing. Healing isn’t something that’s done to us; it’s something that unfolds naturally when we feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Every session I offer is guided by intuition and grounded in holistic wisdom. I listen to what your body, mind, and spirit are asking for, and tailor each treatment to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re navigating fertility, pregnancy, menopause, grief, stress, or simply needing a quiet moment of peace - this is your sanctuary.

From Stress to Calm: What’s Actually Happening

When we’re under prolonged stress, the nervous system stays in fight-or-flight mode.

This can show up as tension, overwhelm, anxiety, poor sleep, or feeling constantly on edge.

Calm isn’t created by “thinking differently” alone - it happens when the body receives signals of safety.

Gentle, body-based practices such as massage, Reiki, breathwork, and stillness help the nervous system shift out of survival mode and into rest and regulation.
Breathing in to the count of 3 and exhaling to the count of 6 two/three times, with your feet planted firmly on the floor.

When the body softens, the mind often follows.

Calm isn’t a personality trait - it’s a physiological response.

This 90-minute treatment is designed to help you fully slow down - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We begin with a holistic facial, allowing you to settle, soften, and relax into the space while gently supporting circulation and facial tension.

This is followed by a hot stone back massage, using warmth to ease deeper muscular tension and encourage the nervous system to unwind.

The session finishes with Reiki, giving your body and mind time to fully rest, integrate, and rebalance.

This treatment isn’t about rushing or fixing - it’s about supporting you back into a calmer, more grounded state.

Menopause Tuesday
“Brain Fog… Where Did My Brain Go?”
Let’s talk about brain fog because honestly, this one deserves its own comedy sketch!!
Lately I’ve found myself: • Walking into a room and forgetting why I went there
• Opening the fridge and just… standing there
• Losing words mid-sentence and hoping no one notices
• Forgetting names I’ve known for years
• Saying “the thing… you know… the thingy…” way too often
• Putting things somewhere safe… then never seeing them again
Sometimes I just stop and think:
“I used to be really sharp… what happened?”
Here’s what I’m learning:
- I’m not stupid
- I’m not losing my mind
- I haven’t lost myself
- My brain is just busy recalibrating
Menopause brain fog is real and frustrating but it doesn’t mean you’re broken.❤
A few gentle things that are helping me:
• Eating properly (especially breakfast)
• Drinking more water
• Writing everything down instead of trusting my memory
• Doing one thing at a time
• Laughing when I lose my train of thought instead of panicking
Because panic makes the fog thicker…Kindness helps it lift.
So if you’ve forgotten what you were saying mid-sentence, called someone by the wrong name, or stood wondering why you walked upstairs-welcome to the club 😅
You are still intelligent.
Still capable.
Still you.
Just navigating a hormonal detour and doing it better than you think.

You’ve heard it before: “Just change your mindset.”
But real mindset shifts aren’t about forcing positivity or pretending you’re fine.

They’re about gently changing the stories that keep you stressed, stuck, or exhausted.

A few shifts that actually change how life feels:

• From “I’m not enough” → “I’m exactly where I need to be”
• From “I have to earn rest” → “Rest helps me restore”
• From “Life happens to me” → “I can choose how I respond”
• From “I should be over this by now” → “Healing has no timeline”
• From “I need to fix myself” → “I’m learning to come home to myself”

You’re not broken.
You’re human, and probably carrying more than you should.

Mindset shifts don’t happen overnight.
They start when you notice the old story… and choose a kinder one.

You don’t have to believe it yet.
You just have to be willing to try.

Menopause Tuesday “Let’s Talk About Sleep…”
Can we just talk about sleep for a minute? Or lack of it.
Menopause sleep isn’t just “a bad night.”
It’s waking at 2 or 3am, brain wide awake, body exhausted, replaying conversations from 2009, and planning life admin you don’t need to think about at that hour. 😅
Some nights I fall asleep easily…
Other nights I’m out cold on the settee, but as soon as I go to bed it’s like-woohoo, party time!
No matter what I do, I just cannot get to sleep.
Other nights, I lie there wondering why my body has forgotten how to rest, even though I feel absolutely shattered.
And when I finally drop into a deep sleep… that’s when the alarm goes off.
Is this you too??
What I’m learning is this:
It’s not a failure.
It’s hormones.
And fighting it only makes it worse.
So instead of forcing sleep, I’m trying a gentler approach:
Slowing my evenings down, hardest bit is staying off my phone after 9.30pm
-No pressure to “sleep perfectly”. I don’t get frustrated or count thousands of sheep, I just listen to calming music
- Going to bed calmer, if that means going a little later, I do that
- Accepting that rest is still rest, even if I’m awake
- Being kinder to myself the next day- taking breaks, letting things wait
Some nights are better. Some aren’t.
But I’m learning that stressing about sleep creates more wakefulness than menopause ever did.
If you’re lying awake feeling frustrated, teary, or alone at silly o’clock. You’re not broken.
You’re not doing anything wrong.
You’re just navigating a season that asks for softness, not control.
Next week: brain fog…
Because honestly, if I don’t write things down now, they disappear into thin air.😂😂
