We'd love your help 💛☕️

Christmas can often be a difficult time, particularly for people who are experiencing loneliness.

This Christmas, we're encouraging people to because for some, a simple conversation could mean everything.

We're sending out FREE "I'm Happy To Chat" table signs to venues across the UK - anywhere people gather for a cuppa, a meal, or a drink - to help spark conversation, spread connection and tackle loneliness head on.

The ‘talking ball’ at our groups is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk. The ball gets passed to each guy when it’s their turn to talk, if you’re not ready, simply pass it along.

One of our supporters is running the Fylde Coast Runners Autumn Breaker 10k to raise money for AndysManClub. Thank you!

We would love it if you could help him reach his target and raise money for our wonderful charity that gives men a place to get stuff off their chests.

It's been two weeks today since I completed the Wigan 10k - this being my first 10k race - and four weeks until my next. Words I never thought I'd put together in a sentence.

On Sunday 19th October I'll be visiting Stanley Park in Blackpool to take on Fylde Coast Runners Autumn Breaker 10k - Two laps of the park.

For this run, I am asking for donations towards a charity which really resonates with me. Their campaign is about "raising spirits, challenging limits, and redefining what’s possible" which is something I personally believe I have "smashed" this year.

Fitness has been an absolute breath of fresh air for my mental state of mind, but it's not for everyone. Groups like ANDYSMANCLUB are a godsend.

I would still like to raise funds for Andys Man Club.
