A beautiful reminder of the power that exists when women support, uplift and champion one another.

When women gather with open hearts, something powerful happens.
Connection grows. Confidence rises. Healing begins.

And when women support each other rather than compete, that energy doesn’t just change our own lives… it ripples out into families, communities, and the wider world.

Not to compete.

But simply to be real, to connect and to support each other.

I offer private sister circles for groups of friends who would love a beautiful evening of connection, reflection and gentle healing together.

These gatherings can include things like journalling, sharing, breathwork, cacao, guided meditation, sound healing and space to release whatever feels heavy.

It’s a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and each other, and create a truly meaningful evening together.

Most teachers I work with come to me thinking anxiety is a thinking problem.

They’ve tried journalling.
They’ve tried positive thinking.
They’ve tried better time management.

They’ve tried pushing through.

They’ve tried hoping the holidays will fix it.

And yet the anxiety keeps returning.

Because anxiety is actually both a body-based and mind-based issue.

When the nervous system is stuck in survival mode, no amount of mindset work will fully reach it.

The body has to feel safe first.

Then the mind can follow.

This is why I always work with both nervous system regulation and belief work.

And that’s often when the real shift begins.

Businesses invest in staff wellbeing… imagine if schools did the same for teachers!?!?

I’m really excited to be starting some wellbeing work with a local dental practice supporting both their staff and their clients inlcuding Sound Baths and Group Master Belief Coding Sessions to start with. 💛

More and more workplaces are recognising something important:

When people feel supported, regulated and well… they perform better, connect better and enjoy their work and life more.

And it got me thinking about schools. Teachers give so much every single day - emotionally, mentally and physically. But how often is their wellbeing supported in a meaningful way?

Not just a wellbeing poster in the staff room… but real tools that help people regulate stress, process pressure and feel more resilient.

Schools deserve this too. When teachers feel supported, everyone benefits - the staff, the pupils and the whole school community.

Teachers…

You are brilliant at spotting the needs of others.

You notice the child who’s quieter than usual.
You sense when a colleague is struggling.
You pick up on tiny shifts in behaviour.

You care deeply.

But...You can care so much…that you overgive.

Overgive your time.
Overgive your energy.
Overgive your emotional capacity.

Until there’s nothing left for you.

And the scary part?

You can still be an incredible teacher
and not see what’s holding you back.

Because overgiving often feels like dedication.
Self-sacrifice gets praised.
Exhaustion becomes normalised.

But caring should not cost you your nervous system.

If you’re constantly tired…snappy at home… lying awake thinking about school… feeling like you’re running on fumes…

It’s not because you don’t care enough.

It might be because you care so much that your system never switches off.

Let me show you something...

The overlap between what you worry about… and what actually happens?

It’s tiny.

As teachers, we worry about:

– What if I mess up that lesson?
– What if Ofsted walk in?
– What if parents complain?
– What if I can’t cope next term?
– What if I leave teaching and regret it?

And our nervous system reacts as if it’s already happening.

Tight chest.
Overthinking at 2am.
Replaying conversations.
Catastrophising the future.

But here’s the thing:

Worry isn’t logic.
It’s protection.

Your brain is trying to keep you safe.

The problem is… if your subconscious learned that:
– Being judged isn’t safe
– Getting it wrong isn’t safe
– Being visible isn’t safe
– Letting people down isn’t safe

It will create constant “what ifs”.

This is exactly what we work on in Belief Coding.

We don’t tell you to “just stop worrying”.

We clear the belief underneath the worry.

Because when your nervous system feels safe…
Your brain doesn’t need to catastrophise.
