Here at Visiting Angels, we put our Angel caregivers at the focus of everything we do, which, in turn, enables them to provide you with the best care possible. We feel honoured to be in a position to help you and your loved ones to remain in the sanctuary of your own home and live independent, fulf

illing lives, just the way you want to. Our minimum one-hour visits create the best environment for our carers to really get to know you and your loved ones and our goal is for you to feel like a member of the family is coming to visit. We have very high standards and employ unique individuals with our focus on character and values. They are trained to a high standard through our Angel Academy, and are supported at every step of the way.

We have had a busy few weeks at Visiting Angels Central Lancashire, supporting our lovely clients with person centered care, supporting them with what they choose to do.

Being an Angel isn't necessarily caring for seriously ill or people struggling with mobility, we also offer that extra support that can make a difference in the day to day.

If you feel you could make a difference to the day of one of our clients, please send your CV to central.lancs@visiting-angels.co.uk or give us a call on 01257 803 420.

Please note: we can only take on drivers with access to their own car and we are unable to accept any candidates requiring sponsorship.

Today is a day for celebrations!

Happy Angelversary to our wonderful Shelley.
Shelley is celebrating 2 years at Visiting Angels Central Lancs and we are so very lucky to have Shelley on our team. From her very first interview, we knew that she would be an asset to our team and we were 100% right! Shelley is fantastic with our clients, has built so many amazing relationships, made a huge difference and the positive outcome for one client in particular has been simply outstanding.
Shelley is such a wonderful person, always has a smile and immediately uplifts the room as soon as she walks in.

Beth has been a ray of light to our office since she started with us in June 2025 as a senior carer. Her amazing work ethic, attention to detail and all round positive nature has led her to become one of our Field Care Supervisors.
Beth has the ability to build fantastic relationships both with staff and clients, who all love being around her and the support she gives.

We have something very exciting...

We recently split our areas into North and South due to how much we have grown and with this split becomes 2 monthly Angels of the Month!

Congratulations to Simona who is our Angel of the Month for the North Team and to Sarah who is our Angel of the Month for our South Team.

Both Angels are absolutely fantastic caregivers who give their absolute all to the job. They are so compassionate and caring to our clients and deliver the best support. You both fully deserve this recognition and we are so excited to celebrate this achievement with you.

A massive congratulations to Sarah who has passed probation!

Sarah is an absolutely fantastic caregiver and we are so lucky to have her on our team. Sarah has not only passed probation but she has also completed her Angels Academy Care Certificate which is currently in the process of becoming a recognised Level 2 Certification.

A massive Thank You to our fabulous team and their donations to our Easter Egg Appeal for Help the Homeless.

Our amazing Angels have been dropping off donations to our office over the last few weeks as they all just want to make a difference to everybody.

Our Registered Manager Jane and Field Care Supervisor Sheryl dropped off our donations today to The Hollinshead Centre who were very grateful to receive a wonderful amount of eggs and plan to distribute to them to those attending the centre for a meal this evening.

This will no doubt brighten their day to receive a nice gift at this Easter time 🐰
