Phew, what an ace day volunteering on the platform at the Christmas competition. Always odd going somewhere solo not knowing what to expect, but as ever, I seem to meet nice people and a great experience was had. The pressure on the platform was a challenge for sure. Everythingβs happening so fast and any two second mistakes feel like two minutes π±π had great support from Steve, Lee and Andrew anytime they were needed. Great to meet Kim too whoβs been a great help to me and getting my head around competing soon. Iβm bruised and battered but loved the experience. Soak, log burner and drams tonight for sure β₯οΈβ₯οΈπͺπ»
