Around about now, every year, we see all sorts of other weight loss organisations going all out to rubbish Slimming World, to make fun of it's plan and to insult it's Consultants purely so they can build their own businesses.

I'm not going to lie...it doesn't make us feel great when we see that sort of thing...because we care deeply about our groups and our members...but it's still not something that you'll see us doing.
Well, why would we? After over 50 years we're fairly confident we have what it takes. We have no need to put anyone else down and if anyone wants to choose an alternative, healthy way to lose weight that's fine by us.

And I'm just going to leave this here...
