Another 2 energetic session this evening
1st was our Muay Thai Style Pad Drills (great for fitness , cardio and Coordination) in this session we worked combinations and polishing up footwork & techniques.
2nd was our Adult and Teens Krav Maga/ Kapap Self Defence. Tonight we looked at rear bearhug with arms trapped, being taken hostage with a blade to the throat from the back, double handed lapel grab being driven backwards and a straight punch to the face.... Then put them all together for a pressure test.
Well done to everyone who came and a big welcome to David who's recently joined us.
