Well that was a very noisy and energetic NEXT LEVEL Combat Cadets class this evening .... After a tiring warm-up we worked on some syllabus techniques in preparation for the up coming grading, then finished off with working on focus, movements and precision with balloons 🎈🎈🎈..

Don't forget we have kids classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Fantastic turn out for our first FREE community event today, giving back to the people of Chorley. Over 30 people came to check out what we do at NEXT LEVEL Personal Protection and learn new self defence and first aid skills... Keeping you all safe. Topics covered included 1 defensive technique covering over 20+ attacks (our very own F.A.C.T System) & Knife attacks also CPR, Defibs, Recovery Position and Choking...
