This change in perspective didn't happen overnight. It came from learning to see myself through a strengths-based lens — one that celebrates what’s right, rather than what needs fixing. When we honour our uniqueness, we stop trying to fit in and start showing up as we truly are.

✨ Do you struggle with mindfulness? Maybe you’ve thought it’s for other people — not you. Maybe you’ve sat in mindfulness exercises, eyes closed, pretending to engage… …but really you’re mentally doing the shopping list.

This is about AUTHENTICITY!!

It seems like it should be so easy to be yourself but for so many reasons it can be so tricky.
