Are you going through a little drama? If you are on the receiving end, you'll no doubt see yourself as the victim and someone as the evil persecutor and someone else as the compassionate rescuer. The other party will no doubt see themselves in exactly the same roles. Maybe you see yourself as the victim but they see you as the persecutor? Dramas can get a bit messy due to differing perspectives. If you are going through as issue, maybe it's time to see it through the eyes of others?

Think of learning how to drive. 1. You don't know anything, 2. Start learning, know basics but you can't drive, 3. Instructor tells you where to go and you drive 4. You've now passed and can drive without thinking about it.

It took me 5 times to get to level 4!

Are you starting something new in 2019? Whether it's a new job, or taking up a new hobby, you'll have to drop to 1 before you can get to 3 and 4. Don't get stressed about it, it's only natural.

Loved delivering Module 1 of our Management programme for the team at Pavertec on Saturday. Great bunch who were surprisingly chirpy despite a 7.45am start! Looking forward to Module 2 in a few weeks.
