Pudsey Day at Delta Care Ltd! 🐻

Our amazing staff, carers, residents, and service users all came together today in their pyjamas to support a wonderful cause BBC Children in Need.

We also held a bake sale and have already raised £58, with donations still coming in! 🧁

A huge thank-you to everyone who baked, donated, dressed up, and joined in. Your support truly makes a difference. 💛🐻

Unfortunately, we didn’t win this time, but we’re extremely proud to have been a finalist at the Investors in People awards in the category - UK employer of the year - Gold 250+, among incredible companies from around the world, from teams of fewer than 25 to those with over 5,000 employees.

With 17 countries represented last night, it was an honour to stand among such recognised organisations.

Thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and for making it possible for us to represent you at these awards. We will always continue to put our people first and strive to do our very best together. ❤️
