Autum equinox- half day retreat.
As the wheel of the year turns, the autumn equinox invites us to pause in perfect balance- day and night in equal measure.
It is time to release what no longer serves, to honour the harvest of our inner and outer worlds, and to root ourselves gently in the turning season.
Join us for a nurturing half day workshop, weaving together Sound Healing- live instruments to soothe the heart and quiet the mind
Mantra- sacred sound to open the voice and spirit.
Qigong- flowing movement to harmonise energy and body.
Guided meditation- a journey inward for clarity and peace.
Breath work- gentle techniques to restore balance and vitality.
