The weather is improving...can you feel it?! We've all be willing it along for such a long time!

There's only one thing for it, even more SPF, every day. If you didn't know already, tanning is one of the biggest causes of skin damage. Too much sun can make skin look discoloured and can damage precious elastin and collagen. So take our advice, layer on a SPF of at least factor 30 and fake the sun-kissed look with fake tan!

Happy New Year to you all!

Wishing you a happy and healthy 2023. We're not big on grand New Year resolutions which can often set you up for a fall, instead we'd like to inspire you to do just one thing a little more this year....love yourself.

It's harder than it sounds but the time you put into YOU is always time well spent. So go for a walk outside to start your day, treat yourself to a treatment and relax, even take yourself out for lunch.

Just a little reminder from one strong woman to the next that you can do this...this being Christmas!

Whilst it's a joyful time of nativities, Christmas songs, parties and present giving let's all be honest, the run up can be full on, and I think most of us are all in full swing by now!

So make your shopping lists, set reminders for bring a bottle for the school tombola day and say yes to the invitations that you know will be riot. But remember it's ok to say no sometimes, take an extra 5 mins to sit down and rest and treat yourself. We all need maximum energy and to be a little bit selfish, and that's ok.
