But the biggest thing for me is seeing young lads getting into sport. In a time where it’s easy to go down the wrong path, seeing them putting time into training, discipline, and bettering themselves is massive 👊

It builds respect, confidence, and keeps them focused on something positive — and that deserves proper support from everyone around them 🙌

This one’s for Mark 💙

A full year sober is an incredible achievement — something to be truly proud of. This weekend didn’t erase that. It doesn’t take away the strength, effort, and determination it took to get there.

Relapses can happen, and they don’t mean failure. They’re part of a journey that isn’t always straight or easy. What matters now is getting back up, showing yourself some kindness, and remembering how far you’ve already come.

Mark, please don’t be too hard on yourself. You’ve already proven how strong you are. One step back doesn’t define you — your resilience does.

Let’s show him some support, encouragement, and remind him he’s not alone. Drop a message, share some love, and help lift him back up where he belongs 🙏

Today was a proud moment for everyone at Jennings Gym 💙

We had the honour of welcoming MP Lyndsey Hoyle and Lancashire’s Chief Crime Commissioner, Clive Grunshaw, to see first-hand the impact the gym is having on the community and surrounding areas.

This day reflects the incredible effort, dedication, and passion behind Jennings Gym. From supporting recovery groups to working with children from all backgrounds, the work being done is making a real difference and creating opportunities for people who need it most.

We’re proud of how far things have come — and even more excited for what’s still to come 🙌

Kelly grew up in Chorley. By her early 20s, addiction had taken over her life—hurting her children, her family, and herself 💔 Nothing mattered except getting through the next moment 😞

She hit rock bottom… but in 2014 she reached out for help 🙏 It wasn’t easy, and it didn’t click straight away. But in 2015, Kelly surrendered to recovery and began rebuilding her life, one day at a time 💪

Today, she celebrates 11 years clean 💙✨ A journey of strength, courage, and hope 🌈

Mother’s Day can be one of the hardest days for those of us whose mums are no longer here. 💔

While the world is celebrating with flowers, cards and hugs, many of us are quietly wishing we could hear her voice just one more time… have one more hug… or say “I love you” just once more. 🌷

Grief doesn’t mean the love is gone. In fact, it shows just how deep that love still runs. Our mums may no longer walk beside us, but their love, their lessons, and their memories live within us every single day. 🤍✨

Today we remember the women who shaped us, guided us, and loved us unconditionally. The mums who are now our angels. 👼💐

If your mum is in heaven today, light a candle, say her name, and remember the beautiful moments you shared. 🕯️
