This gentle, nurturing workshop is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reset your body, mind, and nervous system.
You’ll be guided through a series of supported restorative postures, using blankets and props to encourage complete comfort and ease. With no effort required, your body can soften, open, and let go. You will then be guided into a Yoga Nidra practice—often known as ‘yogic sleep’—a profoundly restful meditation that invites you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. Perfect for anyone feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time to themselves.
