Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to introduce you all to Rhiannon, who will be joining us to offer 1-2-1 and 2-1 personal training sessions right here!

Rhiannon has been a personal trainer for many years and brings a wealth of experience. She works with type 2 diabetic clients, perimenopausal women, and anyone looking to get fitter, stronger, lose weight, or build confidence in a gym environment.

We’ve got lots of exciting ideas coming your way, and we can’t wait to get started! 💪✨

Rhiannon will be working here one evening a week and two days a week.

Hello everyone! 👋
I hope you’ve all had a great week. I’ve noticed quite a few new followers recently, so I thought it would be a good time to reintroduce myself and share a little more about what I do here at the clinic.

I’m Sammy, and I’ve been providing Soft Tissue Therapy in Chudleigh for the past 7 years. Three years ago, I took on the old dentist building in town and transformed it into a welcoming space for therapy and wellbeing. I now rent out several treatment rooms to other amazing therapists whose work complements my own.

We currently have four therapists working here, and I’ll be sharing more about what each of them offers very soon — so keep an eye out! 👀

If you’re curious about Soft Tissue Therapy, it can help with a wide range of issues — from muscle tension and postural discomfort to recovery from sports and daily activity. It’s not just for athletes; it’s for anyone wanting to move and feel better.

Excitingly, I’ll soon be adding gait analysis and specialised strength and conditioning sessions to the clinic.

Road closed Station Hill, at the bottom end of Chudleigh (from the Newton Abbot, Bovey Tracey, and Kingsteignton areas), is now closed until December 12th.

There will be diversions in place taking you back onto the dual carriageway, so please allow extra time for your journeys.

We have a fantastic opportunity for another physiotherapist to join our current physio, Samara, in our lovely treatment room downstairs.

The room will be available from November, with the following days open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and weekends.
