🌿 A Beautiful Winter Retreat at the Haybarn – 17th January 🌿
We are so excited to bring together four powerful facilitators for a full day of nourishment, healing and ceremony in the stunning Haybarn venue, Church Stretton.
✨ Your Day Journey
1️⃣ Yoga with Meltem
A gentle, grounding opening to awaken the body and settle into the space.
2️⃣ Breathwork with Andy
A powerful session to clear the mind, release tension and open your inner pathways.
3️⃣ Sound Healing with Reiki – Andy & Meltem
A deeply restorative vibrational immersion using gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, pyramids, and a collection of other therapeutic instruments designed to bring the body into harmony.
As the sound waves travel through the system, Reiki energy is channelled alongside the vibrations, creating a powerful synergy of frequency and intention.
This combination allows the energy body to open, soften and realign a potent blend of sound medicine and hands on energetic healing.

4️⃣ Cacao Ceremony with Deb Nicholls
A heart-opening journey into warmth, connection and inner softness.
5️⃣ Sound Healing with Andrea Baines
Andrea is a sound facilitator whose work is a luminous weaving of light and tone.
Through the voice, pure frequencies are channelled, crystalline transmissions carrying the resonance of light, slowed into sound for a palpable, physical experience designed to soothe, awaken and realign.
🔥 Closing Fire Ceremony held by all four facilitators.
Releasing what no longer serves, calling in renewal, and ending the day in unity and gratitude.
