⏰ Every Tuesday 1-3pm.

⚖️ Local Health Visitor service also available to weigh the babies.

We are holding our last mass Covid & Flu Autumn clinic all day.

🚫 This clinic is FULLY BOOKED, please only attend if you have a pre booked vaccination.

⏰ To allow us to manage the volume of patients attending the clinic, please ensure you attend at your allocated time, otherwise you may be turned away.

🪑 👫🏼🧍‍♀️🧍🏻‍♂️ If you are unable to stand in the queue please make the member of staff on the front door aware when you check in.

⛅️ The weather is forecast to be dry but chilly, please wear appropriate clothing incase the queue is slightly

We’ll endeavour to move the queue along as quickly as possible – we appreciate your patience and understanding.

🧥 🧤 With this in mind please wear clothing easily removable for the clinicans to be able to administer the vaccinations.

📢 Ahead of tomorrow – Wednesday 22nd October

📞 Our phones have been off the hook with our staff reporting sickness - it’s unfortunately that time of year! Please remember, our staff are patients too and need time to recover. This however, does leave us a little thin on the ground the next 24-48 hours!💚

🛡️Safe working limits matter! To keep our remaining staff healthy and patients safe, we need to stick to safe workloads. Calls or appointments are going to take a little longer. To manage this we may need to make some changes throughout the day in order for us to provide safe, high-quality care for everyone.

👉Please ensure you have your NHS app notifications turned on to help us contact you quickly; sometimes texts can get delayed however with NHS app notifications turned on - you will see any correspondence appear here first as a phone notification!

💻 Use our online contact form if you can - it keeps lines free for patients who can’t go digital. All requests are reviewed by our Triage Team based on clinical need, so there’s no advantage to using either option!

📲 Need to call? Try our call back service to avoid waiting!

⚖️We feel it's only fair we give you warning that phone wait times could be upward of an hour on the 22nd October. Using the call back service keeps your place in our 'virtual queue' - when you get to number 2 in the queue it auto-dials you back so you are on the line when we connect! Routine query? You may wish to call back closer to when you need your appointment.

🩸Are you trying to follow up on your test results? Call our results line (option 3- between 10am and 1pm) and our results team can assist you with any results queries you may have - don't forget you can also view your results on the NHS app!
