I have been a Complementary Health Practitioner and Yoga Teacher since the 1990's. I am passionate about my work and am always enjoy sharing my experience and skills in doing treatments , running Yoga classes and Holistic workshops. I do Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and teach one to one yoga or small groups.

Our Sri Lanka Retreats last November were really amazing & for anyone potentially interested in a Sri Lankan Retreat later this year I have created a WhatsApp group Sri Lanka 2026 which you are welcome to join to join

I would need a minimum of 6 participants on the retreat & we are thinking of potentially the last 2 weeks of November 2026 with the Ayurveda week first & a gap of a couple of days with an optional stay at the beach or a guided sightseeing trip to the ancient Cultural triangle & our 2nd week Retreat as we have often done before - daily yoga sessions & meditation, morning excursions & activities & afternoon treatments & relaxation.
You coukd do either or both Retreats.
