I have been a Complementary Health Practitioner and Yoga Teacher since the 1990's. I am passionate about my work and am always enjoy sharing my experience and skills in doing treatments , running Yoga classes and Holistic workshops. I do Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and teach one to one yoga or small groups.

Just a reminder for yoga over the next few weeks …

Sue will be covering Mondays ( 17th Nov, 24th Nov & 1st Dec) while I am away.10am & 6pm … do come along & enjoy her sessions!

No other yoga or sauna sessions.
Classes start back Friday 5th December I look forward to seeing you then!

Sauna available 4-8pm
Wednesday 12th November 6pm
Thursday 13th November 10am
Friday 14th November 11am

After this, I am away for a few weeks & Sue will cover my Monday classes at 10am & 6pm
( 17th Nov/ 24th Nov & 1st Dec)

Classes resume on Friday 5th December & sauna will available Monday 8th December

I will be uploading some yoga sessions on WhatsApp & Facebook which you might enjoy at home while I am away xx
