We would like to introduce our new GP, Dr. Georgina Blakey MRCGP, to our patients:

Hello! I qualified from the University of Leeds in 2017 and have worked in the South West since then. I live with my husband in the Forest of Dean and enjoy walking in the countryside with family, baking and sewing. I enjoy all areas of general practice and am very much looking forward to starting work at Forest Health.

We are lucky to have Georgina join our team and wish her well in her new role.

🚏The next stop in the Forest of Dean is Cinderford on Monday 29 September.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑So, if you're an unpaid carer then come along and visit them at Cinderford Tesco between 9:30 and 3:00pm.

If you wish to check your results please use the NHS app, here you will be able to see all blood results and hospital letters and upcoming appointments. Checking results using the app will ensure the phone lines stay clear for medical emergencies to get through.

Pregnant women are eligible for a free respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine to protect their babies from serious lung infections.

You can get your vaccine from 28 weeks of pregnancy. Talk to your GP or maternity service to schedule yours.
