It's early Sunday morning - feeling tired but wired so taking a few moments to reflect on the last week.

One of my gratitude's is that it’s been lovely to welcome three new people (who have said yes to their development) into the Academy this week.

I'm so gratitude that the space continues to grow in a really grounded, authentic and natural way.

And... I think that is going to be my affirmation for the week ahead as I prepare for another week of online sessions 💜

This has definitely been a theme in this week’s sessions.

A lot of people think guidance changes with a big sign, but more often it’s quieter than that.

Generally, your intuition feels different, old ways stop working. Then, you begin to start questioning what you used to trust.

Now, if you don’t understand that shift, it is very easy to start doubting yourself, dismissing your abilities etc, and potentially going backwards.

I want to reassure you that this is perfectly normal and exactly the kind of transformation we help people recognise and work with inside the Soul Alignment Academy.

When you first start working with energy, it can feel quite obvious and strong, almost coarse. You feel it clearly. You notice it easily.

As you develop, it becomes smoother and more consistent. Less about big sensations, more about reliability.

And then, over time, it becomes very subtle. So subtle that many people start questioning themselves.

This is where I see a lot of people think they’ve “lost” something. They haven’t. Their awareness is simply refining, and remember subtle doesn’t always mean weaker. It means cleaner, more precise, and far more usable.

This refinement of energy is exactly what we help you understand and develop inside the Soul Alignment Academy.

If your awareness feels quieter than it used to,
that’s often a sign you’re not at the beginning anymore.

If you already know my work, you’ll know I don’t rush development or offer surface-level circles. I hold a slower, more reflective space where psychic and mediumship development is supported alongside grounding, emotional awareness, and personal growth.

The forest is one of the best teachers of intuition.

When you slow down enough to really notice - colour, texture, stillness, your nervous system settles, your mind quietens, and your intuition naturally comes forward.

Grounding isn’t something we force.
It’s something we remember.

Nature does the heavy lifting, we just have to show up.
