Here’s a small intuitive exercise you’re welcome to try:
Sit quietly and imagine turning down the noise inside your mind, as though you’re dimming a light.
Then imagine a new light coming gently towards you...soft, warm, and steady.
See if you can stay with it for a few seconds.
