suitable for all, no previous experience or flexibility required. A gentle restorative practice to stretch the body and strengthen the mind. Feel your way into your body to find space and comfort. A very mindful class great for your mental health and stress relief. Also an Ideal way to improve flexibility and mobility.
๐Yoga Trapeze
A more active practice. Helps to reverse the effects of gravity. Can Improve grip strength helping with, weak or painful wrists. Can Help to relieve compression between the vertebra, Build upper body pulling strength to rebalance the upper body, build core strength, improve flexibility, build confidence and have fun!
Suitable for those wanting a more active practice, no previous experience or flexibility required.
๐Chair yoga and pilates
Chair Yoga Pilates is the mobility of yoga combined with the functional and core strength of Pilates. Designed for those who have reduced mobility, balance issues or those recovering from injury and may need the support of a chair. Open to all abilities, ages and genders.
