You algorithm is about to be flooded with wild wellness claims and 'new year, new rules' energy ๐
Before you take any of it on, here are a few reminders to help you sort whatโs helpful from whatโs just noise:
โข Progress over perfection โ small steps are key
โข You donโt have to start in January (or on a Monday) - the aim is to still be doing whatever you're changing this time next year, and the years after!
โข Consistency beats going all-in and burning out
โข The right support at the right time can be a game-changer (support could be anything: joining a group, asking a friend, seeking professional services, a journal)
โข Health has no place for guilt, shame, or judgment - if it feels bad, it's not likely to last - you deserve health to feel joyful!
โข Curate your algorithm to work for you, make you feel good, inspire and support you - ditch everything else
Your health isnโt a trend, a challenge, or a deadline. Itโs personal, flexible, and allowed to evolve.
Choose what supports you โ and feel free to ignore the rest.
