👣 Did you know we offer a Foot Health service here at the clinic?

Yvonne, our experienced Foot Health Specialist, works from our clinic supporting patients with everything from routine foot care and nail treatment to more complex foot concerns.

We often talk about knees, hips and backs — but your feet are your foundation. When they’re uncomfortable, it can affect how you walk, balance and move day to day.

Whether you’re dealing with thickened nails, corns, callus, ingrown toenails or general foot discomfort, having the right care can make a big difference.

If your feet have been quietly bothering you, it might be time to give them a little attention 👣

You can get in touch to find out more or book by calling on 07922 103532 or 01285238240

Reviews like this really mean a lot to us 🤍

Max worked with this patient throughout their time performing at the Barn Theatre, helping manage ongoing upper-back issues so they could keep doing what they love — night after night.

Physio isn’t just about treating pain once. It’s about ongoing support, detail, and adapting treatment around real life — whether that’s work, sport, or the demands of a long run on stage.

Thank you for trusting us and for taking the time to leave such kind feedback.

If you’re dealing with something similar and need support that fits around your schedule, we’re here when you need us.

It’s that time of year when our hands work overtime — carrying heavy Christmas shopping bags, wrapping endless presents, writing cards, cooking, decorating… it all adds up!
So if you’ve noticed wrist or forearm pain creeping in, you’re definitely not alone.

Here are some of the most common issues we see at this time of year:
✨ Tendinopathy – from lots of gripping and lifting
✨ Osteoarthritis flares – cold weather + busier hands can irritate joints
✨ General inflammation – simply doing more than usual
✨ Stress fatigue – stress and general fatigue can often present the most in our joints

The good news? A couple of simple movements can help settle things down:

Quick Exercises to Try

1️⃣ Wrist Rolls
• Make a gentle fist and slowly rotate your wrists in both directions
• Keep the movement smooth
✔ Great for loosening things up after lots of wrapping or carrying bags.

2️⃣ Weighted Wrist Extensions
• Rest your forearm on a table, holding a light dumbbell (or a tin of beans!)
• Lift your hand up slowly, then lower with control
• 3 x 8–12 reps
✔ Builds resilience in the wrist and forearm to handle festive loads, as well as tackling any underlying tendinopathy.

If your wrist or forearm pain is sticking around, worsening, or stopping you enjoying the build-up to Christmas, we’re here to help.
Early assessment means quicker relief — and a much more comfortable December.

📲 Book an appointment via the link in our bio or by calling on 01285 238240🎄

Let’s keep you pain-free all the way to Christmas Day.

🎄✨ The clinic is officially feeling festive!
Our Christmas decorations are up, the lights are on, and the whole place already feels a little brighter (and a lot cosier). Have you got your decorations up yet?

We love this time of year — December can be busy for everyone, so creating a warm, welcoming space for you to walk into feels extra special.

Whether you’re popping in for treatment or just passing by, we hope our little bit of festive cheer brings a smile to your day.

Here’s to a season of warmth, movement and looking after ourselves 🤍✨
