Friday and Saturday night meals both from poached salmon with roasties was ok but the Bharat chicken couscous was absolutely delicious
Today was roast pork but forgot to take photos!

Fab day on plan today- started with Aqua Boogie Cirencester Leisure Centre first time ever and it was super fun with Pippa! And a good workout even though there isn’t any sweating involved. Great fun so highly recommend no matter what your fitness level, you’ll enjoy it ☺️
On the go day so breakfast was bagel thin with cheese, salad and fish sticks
Grabbed sushi and fruit from Tesco for late lunch
Quick and delicious Thai green curry 4 swips for the paste and light coconut milk made when I got home
Then greek yogurt 25g peanut butter (healthy extra fat) 2tsp jam (1swip)
Yummm

Good week behind me, finishing February fully on plan, even though I’ve been super busy with extra group covers. is an absolute godsend. They’re absolutely delicious and so quick to make, and they take that planning bit out of the equation, all the ingredients land on your doorstep 👍👍👍

I couldn’t get hold of the slimming world pancakes from Iceland but cinnamon omelette did the job for lunch
