Happy Friday everyone.

It’s been 4 whole weeks since I’ve been in my new venue.
Feedback has been 100% positive about how calm, relaxing and professional the space feels.

There’s often natural apprehension with change, but it’s been such a positive move for me, both professionally and personally and has set the tone for great things to come.

There’s a greater sense of privacy here, I’ve noticed it in how much more people are opening up and sharing parts of their challenges and vulnerability. I’ve been deeply moved by things shared with me, not only through the small snippets through words, but also in the none verbal ways they hold their bodies and carry themselves through life.

I’ve also loved hearing the wins and the amazing things that people have accomplished, and the giggles we have shared in small moments of the treatment.

Thank you for coming with me on this journey and sharing all that you do - it is always welcome and it’s such a honour to be part of your wellbeing journey 💗

Penultimate day massaging from F360 today!

Sad to be leaving but business is flowing in a positive direction and I am excited for the changes ahead.
