He stopped by Active Therapy Clinic for a little tune-up — a session of Winback Tecar Therapy & IDD Therapy for that busy back, and some time on our Pelvic Health Chair to keep everything working smoothly with his bladder control before the big night! 🎁

After all, carrying that sack and sitting in a sleigh for hours can take its toll…

When the elf hears ‘spinal decompression’ and takes it way too literally…

Our mischievous elf tried setting a “spring trap” on the IDD Therapy machine after hearing it helps decompress the spine… 😅

Let’s just say the plan backfired — and now he’s the one in need of a little decompression!

Thankfully, our IDD Therapy is far gentler (and much more effective) than the elf’s version — designed to relieve pressure, reduce pain, and help patients move comfortably again.

Our Winback warms you up — but not this much!

It seems our naughty elf’s taken science a bit too far this time… 🔥

After overhearing that Winback Therapy creates an exothermic reaction (that lovely warming sensation in the tissues), he decided to speed things up — with a little too much enthusiasm!

Don’t worry — our real Winback treatments are controlled, safe, and soothingly warm, not fiery!

Maybe we’ll book our elf in for a refresher on safe use of clinic equipment…

Our naughty elf has really outdone himself this time… 💩🙈

We caught him leaving a little “surprise” on the pelvic health seat!

While his sense of humour might be questionable, he’s actually made a good point — pelvic health is nothing to be embarrassed about. These treatments can help with bladder, bowel, and core control issues in a safe, supportive environment.

So thank you, elf — but maybe next time, keep the jokes off the chair! 😉
