Hello! I've sent out an email to my patients, but just in case you don't receive it (bloody junk inboxes!) - here is the news!
I’m changing over the booking system I currently use to my own integrated into the website- if you have appointments already scheduled on Fresha, you’ll receive confirmation of a new appointment - all deposits already paid are transferred over to the new system.
I ask that you book your appointments from now on directly from the website.
Make an account on the website (kellykingacupunture.co.uk) either via ‘Log in’ on a desktop, or ‘manage my bookings’ on mobile/tablet drop down menu, with your registered email address, so that you can book and manage your appointments online at your convenience.
Any problems/glitches/general BS with the new system, give me a shout so I can iron it out! Hopefully this works and I’m not shifting everyone back to Fresha in a few weeks!
