Hi All

With cold and flu season 🤧 well upon us already I thought I’d send a kind message to my clients.

If you are feeling ill or poorly in anyway then having a massage isn’t best advised. As much as I want to help all of you, being a close contact service does make me susceptible to catching viruses 🤒 and I have to put my own health first.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience to cancel your appointment, and we can rebook once you are feeling better.

As a courtesy I do not charge for illnesses as it really is one of those things that can’t be helped.

Introducing IASTM - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation Therapy

What is IASTM?

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) is a simple, non-invasive form of
manual therapy to manipulate or mobilise soft tissue structures of the human body.

Small instruments are used to mechanically stimulate the soft tissue to relieve musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, promoting overall mobility and function.

This therapy is non aggressive, yet affective it can be applied either alone or in conjunction with massage treatment.

Who is IASTM for and what are the Benefits?

This treatment is for anyone experiencing pain, injuries or reduced range of motion. Care and attention will be taken into consideration and any medical contraindications can be discussed in detail before treatment begins.

Some examples in which IASTM can work effectively for are:

A polite notice to all my clients that there will be a slight price increase from April 2025.

Those I have already seen have been made aware of the price changes 🥰

My hours are also changing slightly I am available from:

Monday to Friday 9am - 12pm and 5pm - 9pm.

I have some dates remaining for March, but please be advised these are filling up very quickly.
