Meet Jacqui, one of our lovely Care Coordinators!
To help you get to know her a little better, we asked a few questions…
✨ What made you want to work in care?
“I started working in a care home as a cleaner. I loved the interactions I had with the residents and quickly changed my position to become a care assistant. From there, I progressed to a senior care assistant and have remained in care ever since.”
✨ How long have you worked for Ecare?
“I have worked for Ecare for 5 years.”
✨ What do you enjoy most about your role?
“Having good communication with clients, relatives, and the care assistants out in the field; working as a team and providing great care.”
✨ What is the most rewarding part of your role?
“Seeing the relationships between the care assistants and clients.”
✨ What do you like most about working at Ecare?
“The job opportunities. I have just been enrolled to start my NVQ Level 5.”
✨ How would you describe the team in 3 words?
“Approachable, caring, and supportive.”
✨ What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Spending time with my family and having days out with my children.”
✨ Favourite holiday destination?
“Great Yarmouth in our caravan!”

“I’m obsessed with the colour pink! Every item in my kitchen at home and desk at work is pink!”
