Endometriosis has been one of my greatest teachers… though not one I ever consciously chose.
For years, I felt the frustration of not being heard, not fully understanding what was happening in my own body, and navigating waves of pain that didn’t always make sense. But slowly, gently, I began to tune in rather than fight against it.
What I’ve noticed — both in my own journey and in the women I work with — is that we seem to be seeing more and more cases of endometriosis. Whether it’s due to stress, environmental factors, hormonal disruption, or simply better awareness and diagnosis… something is shifting.
And while there’s no “one-size-fits-all” answer, I’ve found that small, consistent changes can begin to create space for healing.
For me, that looked like:
• Exploring supportive supplements (always guided and intuitive, not overwhelming)
• Reducing inflammatory foods and listening to what my body truly tolerates - this includes reducing soya, dairy and gluten
• Supporting my nervous system — because stress and the body are deeply intertwined
• Honouring rest without guilt
• Reconnecting to my body and honouring what it does for me every day rather than seeing it as the enemy
🌿 Small shifts you might gently explore:
• Introducing anti-inflammatory foods (think leafy greens, berries, omega-3 rich fish)
• Supporting liver detox pathways (crucial for hormone balance)
• Looking at gut health — often an overlooked piece
• Creating daily moments of stillness, even if just 5 minutes
• Tracking your cycle and symptoms to understand your unique patterns
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about relationship.
Endometriosis asks us to slow down, to listen, to soften… and to advocate for ourselves in a world that often rushes us.
If you’re walking this path, you’re not alone 🤍
I’d love to hear — what has supported you on your journey?
