📣🎉 Welcome to our new
Chiropractor Olaf 🎉📣

We are very pleased to announce that we have a new Chiropractor joining us from December!

Appointments will be open to both new and existing patients. Olaf is looking forward to meeting you in the clinic soon!

Originally from Berlin, Olaf came to the UK 32 years ago to train as a Buddhist monk and help to build the largest inner city Buddhist Centre in Europe, based in Manchester.

Then 14 years ago, Olaf graduated as a Chiropractor, following which he opened three Chiropractic clinics in Wales. He quickly became one of the most experienced Chiropractors in the UK, using a light tough approach called Network which allows the body to unwind tension from within, powerfully increasing the bodies innate ability to heal. Olaf has helped breech babies turn, migraines resolve, MS patients managing better, long standing pain improve and chronic fatigue and anxiety lift.

Olaf is now looking for the next new creative chapter in his life. He is a keen barefoot runner and is looking forward to moving back to the Peak District to reconnect with its friendly and grounded people. ‘‘People truly matter” is Olaf’s motto. He is passionate about how people feel when it comes to Chiropractic care, wether it’s a chronic condition, a sports injury, preparing for a smooth birth, helping children or simply just maintenance treatments, he seeks to find solutions. His expertise includes manual and tonal Chiropractic,
nutrition, functional medicine and exercise.

Olaf believes the body knows how to heal itself and his mission is to remove limitations and help you to feel your best and reenergised.

We are sorry to be saying goodbye for now to our beloved Chiropractor James. James is going to be leaving the clinic after Christmas to peruse his life long dreams of traveling and rock climbing his way around the world.

We’d like to thank so much for all his hard work and commitment, we know he’s helped so many of you during his time at the clinic.
If you’re a regular patient of his, he still has a few appointments available in December. We can also advise
you on the most suitable clinician for your needs, for any future appointments. This could be our new
Chiropractor Olaf, who has similar technique and treatment style to James.

☯️ Our Monday evening yoga classes with our highly experienced teacher Sherry, can be perfect for the end of your day. A gently challenging, fun and mindful practice with a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga plus a pinch of breath work and meditation. Helping you to decompress from the day and leave you with a blissful feeling of strength and peace.

Mondays 4.30pm - 5.30pm & 6pm - 7pm

☯️ And for the perfect start to your day, we also offer classes with our very talented yoga teacher Rosie, on Thursday mornings. Rosie’s classes are also a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga. Rosie encourages you to challenge yourself, building on mental and physical strength within a supportive, fun and peaceful environment. Setting you up to feel calm and energised for the rest of your day.

Thursdays 7.30am - 8.30am & 9.30am – 10.30am

☯️ All our classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced. Classes take place in our intimate and relaxed yoga studio. We have plenty of mats available to borrow if needed.
