I’ve had quite a few new followers recently, so I thought I’d re-introduce myself…

For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Esma — a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist, fully qualified through the London School of Sports Massage.

Alongside my work, I’m also a mum to two young children. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me out on long walks, spending quality time with my family, or strength training at Commando Temple Peak District. Like many of you, I understand how challenging it can be to juggle multiple responsibilities — and how much that can affect the body.

Sports massage has played a huge role in supporting my own physical wellbeing, which is why I’m so passionate about helping others experience the same benefits. You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage — I work with people from all walks of life, each with their own individual needs, and that variety is one of the things I love most about my job.
