I am travelling for a family meet-up at Stratford. Using the time in the back of the van to do some business planning. In a moment of peace and quiet contemplation, I've reflected on the last year. I've come to the conclusion that although grief has been a tough journey, it's also been the making of me and beautiful.
The anxiety has had me at times on my knees, knocking the wind out of me. Peopling has been rough, and sitting in absolute overwhelm has been exhausting!
I have spent time training and qualifying to work outdoors more, I knew nature nurtured me while healing, and I want to offer more of this for my clients.
I am excited about what is to come. 💚
