Hi, I’m Suzanne — welcome to Sense of Serenity, based in the heart of Kendal in the beautiful Lake District.

After finding my own calm and healing through Reiki and holistic therapies, I wanted to create a space where others could do the same — a peaceful place to slow down, breathe, and restore balance.

At Sense of Serenity – Holistic Therapies by Suzanne, I offer a blend of Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head & Face Massage, and Menopause Holistic Therapy. Each session is gentle, nurturing, and focused entirely on you — helping to release tension, support emotional balance, and restore your natural flow of energy.

Whether you’re new to holistic therapies or have experienced them before, this is your time to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. 🌸

The next Women's Circle is on Thursday 13th November 2025 at Seaton Parish Room from 6.30pm to 8.30pm

Intention: Practicing gratitude

Our circle is a space for women to come together in a safe space, to be heard, to form connections, to be supported and nurtured. A space to drop the facades and masks we habitually wear, a space to explore all kinds of issues with like minded women.

Women's Circles span centuries, cultures and continents. They have always been a space for women to find their own voice, find empowerment through connection and to discover their own inner strength and resilience.

The room will have been blessed with Reiki energy

Reflection and Journaling

Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be served along with biscuits and cake.
