✨ Welcome to Wellbeing Wednesday — a gentle pause in the week, offering you a sacred little something to support you in honouring yourself. ✨

Today is World Cancer Day, and it feels important to pause and acknowledge this day with care and compassion 🤍

Today we hold space for:

• those living with cancer
• those who have walked alongside loved ones
• and those we carry in our hearts who are no longer with us.

Cancer touches so many lives, often quietly, often deeply.

There is no “right” way to feel — only what is true for you.

Today is also a gentle reminder of the importance of listening to our bodies. If something doesn’t feel right, you are worthy of being checked, listened to, and supported.

Looking after our health is not selfish — it is an act of self-honouring.

If today brings tenderness, memories, or emotion, please be gentle with yourself.

Light a candle. Take a breath. Reach out if you need to. See comments for a simple ritual.

My Therapy Room is slowly taking shape, waiting on amazon so I can start putting things on the walls, get the books on the bookshelves, the crystals out of their packaging, the blankets changed etc, etc 😳😆

✨ Welcome to Wellbeing Wednesday — a gentle pause in the week, offering you a sacred little something to support you in honouring yourself. ✨

As we approach Imbolc, this time of gentle awakening and new beginnings, I’m feeling the nudge to try something new 🌱🔥

Not big leaps.

Not pressure-filled goals.

Just small, curious steps that spark warmth and creativity.

Over the coming weeks, I’m going to try my hand at bread making 🍞 The simplicity of it feels very Imbolc to me — working with my hands, slowing down, nourishing, creating something from the basics.

✨ A gentle Wellbeing Wednesday invitation: Is there something new you’ve been quietly curious about? Something small you could try — just for the joy of it? It might be:

• baking or cooking something from scratch
• learning a new craft
• taking a different walking route
• lighting a candle and setting a fresh intention
• saying yes to curiosity instead of perfection

🌿 A little gentle update 🌿

Apologies if I’ve been a little slower than usual replying to messages. I’m currently moving through a quiet period of change — gently preparing to move my Therapy Room closer to home, while also tending to a few things unfolding softly in the background.

Thank you so much to those of you whose appointments I’ve had to rearrange whilst I navigate this move. Your patience, kindness and understanding are truly appreciated.

I’ll miss Stirling Place, but following my health issues last year, it feels like the right time to bring my work closer to home and create a space that feels more supportive and nurturing.

✨ Details of February appointments will be shared tomorrow, along with some relocation offers for the month ✨

May this next chapter unfold with ease, softness and just the right pace for us all 🌿✨

Envision the power of the water washing away your negative thoughts.

Feel sadness, regret, depression and anxiety washing right off you.

Let it all go down the drain.

Feel lightness in your body.

Enjoy the clarity of your mind.

Your soul is free from all that does not serve your highest good.

Like all of mother nature’s children in winter, your instinct is to curl up, hunker down and reset.

You’re not less.
You’re simply in tune with the sun.

And as the dark days begin to wane, your inner wild fortifies and evolves, bolstered and renewed, cocoon-style.

Ready for the new beginnings, ready for the reinvent.
Ready.
Simply ready.

So, let yourself be led down the rabbit hole, when the weariness washes over and your body begs to rest.

Reflexology works on the belief that all of the energy meridians, organs and skeletal system of the body are represented in ‘reflexes’ on the feet. Applying pressure to these reflexes restores imbalances in the body and helps promote physical, mental and emotional health.

During a Reflexology treatment, gentle but firm pressure is applied to the feet together with soothing foot massage to break up crystalline deposits that “block” the meridian energy flow, which affects the corresponding part of the body or organ.

Reflexology improves circulation and nervous function, cleans the body of toxins, reduces stress and induces deep relaxation. It balances the whole system and revitalises energy.

This is your invitation to pause for just one minute 🤍 No preparation needed. No perfection required.

🧘🏻‍♀️ A 1-Minute Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

• Sit comfortably or remain where you are
• Allow your shoulders soften
• Gently close your eyes, or lower your gaze

Take a slow breath in through your nose…
and a long, steady breath out through your mouth.

Again…

Inhale, noticing the air fill your body.
Exhale, allowing yourself to soften.

For the next few breaths, simply notice:
the rise and fall of your chest,
the support beneath you,
this moment — just as it is.

If thoughts come, let them pass like leaves blown by the wind... 🍃

Gently return to your breath.

When you’re ready, open your eyes and continue your day — just a little more grounded than before 💫
