The first step can be tough, but our groups offer a safe, judgement-free space with nothing but support. ❤️

Whether you talk or just listen, you'll find a great group of likeminded guys who get it.

The groups run every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays) for any man 18+.

There's no booking, no fees and no registration needed - just turn up.

Christmas can often be a difficult time, particularly for people who are experiencing loneliness.

This Christmas, we're encouraging people to because for some, a simple conversation could mean everything.

We're sending out FREE "I'm Happy To Chat" table signs to venues across the UK - anywhere people gather for a cuppa, a meal, or a drink - to help spark conversation, spread connection and tackle loneliness head on.

Our free peer-to-peer talking groups are here for any man 18+ who needs a safe, non-judgemental space to talk.

They run every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays). Why not come along and give them a go?

The ‘talking ball’ at our groups is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk. The ball gets passed to each guy when it’s their turn to talk, if you’re not ready, simply pass it along.

You can take it all at your own pace.
