Thinking about attending one of our groups, but not sure if you’re ready to talk?

At our groups we have the 'talking ball' which is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk.

It gets passed around the circle to each guy when it's their turn to talk, if you're not ready to talk, simply pass it along.

You can take it all at your own pace. ❤️
