✨ I’m back in clinic after a wonderfully restful week off with my loves ✨

I soaked up some much-needed downtime — walks on the beach at beautiful Sandsend, a stay at the beautiful , time with family in Scarborough, an overnight stay in York, and a weekend of footy mum and mum taxi duties 😁

Feeling very lucky, refreshed, grounded, and ready to bring that calm autumn energy back into clinic 💛🍂
