Exciting News......1st May we will be getting the keys to the large unit on the end so we will be adding another 350 sq meters of fitness enjoyment for you, The Functional Area will be moving into the Larger unit along with the sled Track so expect extra Strength Kit and Cardio Kit, a dedicated Fight Fitness area and a larger revamped Functional Area, This is all down to your continued support to which we are eternally Grateful.

we have a new addition to the team has joined the PT team and he delivers top quality pad and boxing sessions, please message him for any bookings.

All Classes are now on Gymcatch for you to get booked in for next week.
points to note are Friday at 1745 HIIT Abs is back due to high demand.

Members email has now been sent the door code will definitely change tomorrow.

We have new kit on the way next week so apologies for any inconvenience it may cause as we move it in.
