Taking a moment to pour back into myself.
I had a gorgeous session with Kristy, a dash of face reflexology, a soothing shoulder massage, and a touch of Indian head massage because self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Thank you , just what I needed, now I glow !! 🥰

Its been a busy year for me, alot of changes and challenges and opportunities to show up for myself. And i choose to show up for me so I can show up for others 😇

A gentle two and half hour journey to root & rise.

We’ll begin with cleansing and grounding, then settle into a guided meditation with soothing sound healing infused with reiki, you will reciev 1:1 healing with me during the session to melt away stress and deep release.
We’ll come back to earth with a warm tea, a sweet treat to anchor the calm, and connect with a cosy conversation lead with your experiences and some guidance cards.

I have 2 dates available with 2 time slots:

- 10-12:30pm ... 1 space remaining

£40 Per person, £20 non-refundable deposit taken upon booking, £20 cash or transfeer on the day.

Going into a deep relaxation with sound.. reiki..multi dimensional healing.. crystals.. 1:1 therapy time to help settle and shift energy,
