Essential Therapies was set up by Sarah Mathews, offering Holistic Therapies Treatments to clients to help balance the mind, body and soul. About me....

My passion for offering treatments is still as strong as when I started out, and I would like to share my experience with others, so I have set up 'ESSENTIAL THERAPIES reflexology & holistic academy' to allow me to do this.

I have been a Holistic and Beauty Therapist since 1994 and have worked and trained with some of the best skincare brands in the last 25 years including Clarins, Guinot, Decleor, Dermalogica, Babor, and Eve Taylor. I currently use U.K. award winning skincare brand, Temple Spa in my therapy business.

I love offering holistic therapies to my clients, to help relieve their stress and tension from everyday life. Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Facial Reflexology and Ear Candling are my favourites alongside Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage.

Having completed my Certificate in Education in 2003, I will be offering short courses in Holistic Therapies, Wellbeing Workshops and the PR Reflexology Practitioner Diploma. Courses are suitable for those new to the industry, self-employed/mobile therapists or therapists looking to refresh their skills.
