Our Pregnancy Treatment has been thoughtfully designed to nurture both body and mind during this very special time. We understand the importance of comfort and safety throughout pregnancy, which is why clients are never laid flat for extended periods. Instead, we use supportive bolsters under the knees, pillows, and can gently raise the head of the bed if needed. All positioning and comfort needs are carefully discussed with you before your treatment begins.
Suitable from 12 weeks right up until baby arrives, this deeply relaxing treatment works on all the areas that need extra care during pregnancy. It addresses both emotional and physical concerns, helping to relieve built-up tension and promote overall wellbeing.
The treatment includes soothing massage to the back, shoulders, scalp, hands and feet, easing aches and tension, along with a rebalancing and hydrating facial using luxurious Elemis products. A gentle toning facial treatment for the bump is also included, leaving the skin nourished and cared for.
At no point during the treatment will you lie on your tummy, even if your bump is not yet visible. This treatment is suitable after the first trimester (from 12 weeks).
