We’ve had lots of interest lately in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, so we’re thinking about adding this to our treatment menu 💆‍♀️🌿

💧 What are the benefits?
Lymphatic massage is a gentle, relaxing treatment designed to support your body’s natural detox system. It can help with:

• Reducing puffiness and water retention
• Boosting circulation and immune function
• Improving skin tone and appearance
• Easing tired, heavy legs
• Supporting digestion and bloating
• Helping the body feel lighter and more energised

It can also be helpful alongside post-surgery recovery to support healing and reduce swelling, when carried out at the appropriate stage.

We’re also considering offering Body Sculpting Massage with wood therapy tools to help contour, smooth and tone the body naturally.
