This is my 7th year attending this fabulous market family & proud to be part of it.
It may be a bit rainy today but we are all here with our locally home produced/farmed & crafted goodies. Shop local. 🐝🌱🌼

How wonderful is this! The Local to Ludlow Producers' Market has been successful in achieving Farmers Market Accreditation from the Farm Retail Association.

To become a certified Farmers Market there are eight key principles that must be met, the main ones being Champion the farmers – Customers are able to buy directly from the farmers and producers who grow, rear and make.

Prioritise local produce – Stallholders come from as close to the market as possible. Be proud of their provenance – Each product has either been grown or produced, baked or made by the market stallholders.

Understand your product – Stallholders can talk to customers about how the goods have been produced from field to fork and give customers accurate advice and clear information.

Catch us every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month in Castle Square, Ludlow. 9-2pm.

Our next market will be on February 12th.

Bee Biotic

Bee Biotic is the brain child of Shropshire Bee keeper Lucy. A passion for the environment and all things β€œbee related” turned a hobby into a small home based business handcrafting, natural, healthy and eco-friendly products from the beehive. These include β€œBee-Fresh” beeswax food wraps, the reusable alternative to cling wrap. Lucy also harvests and sells wild flower pasture β€œShropshire Honey” from her own beehives and creates natural honey & beeswax skincare products. She aims to encourage people to help protect our precious environment by reducing use of plastics and by raising awareness about the importance of Bees, as we would be lost without them.

β€œProtect the Bees, Save the Planet” ...……......……… Say β€œBuzz Off” to plastic
