I’ve made a few small tweaks to better protect my time, my clients, and the sustainability of my business 🌱

A quick summary:
• A 50% deposit is required when booking
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Appointments can be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice
• Cancellations within 48 hours lose the deposit
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full

From September, I’ll be aligning treatment prices across both of my work locations – Tickenham (previously Clevedon) and Frome.

This means there will be a small increase for some treatments in Tickenham. Please rest assured, any sessions already booked or made before 1st September will remain at the current rate. ☺️

I’ve chosen to make this change to keep pricing consistent across both locations and to reflect the beautiful upgrade in my Tickenham space ✨
