Community Care
We offer a comprehensive range of Community reablement services to people primarily with mental health or learning disabilities and to enable them to continue living in their own homes, in accordance with their own lifestyle, and with independence, safety, and respect. We put emphasis on social inclusion and reintegration through goal setting and future planning. Specialist Nursing Care
We provide outstanding care to clients requiring specialist nursing. We understand what is needed to develop, grow, and recover in the community. Our learning disability and mental health Nurses are trained in PBS, trauma-informed care low arousal approach, Neuro de-escalation and supporting people with attachment disorders. We believe in the least restrictive and developing therapeutic relationships that promote well-being and relational security. We run
our own in-house training and are proud to work in collaboration with B-Inspired. Adolescents to Older Adults
We work from adolescents through to older adults and strive for excellence in care delivery. All clients will have a clinical lead attached to their care and will work with them to create tailor-made care plans, risk assessments and
any training that may be required for our staff in support of knowing the client.
