Just wanted to pop on to share a little update on HeadSpace Healing….after being discharged from hospital on Monday I am home on steroids and slowly regaining strength and my system is starting to settle finally🙏
I still don’t have a definite diagnosis - Crohns/Ulcerative Colitis - and am awaiting further tests and biopsies before I get a more permanent treatment plan so things are still quite up in the air - compared to the last few weeks though this feels manageable!
I wanted to be open about this as a lot of you have already booked and paid for both cancelled and upcoming events. I have 2 events next week in Tickenham and Congresbury and am really hopeful if things continue as they are that I will be able to go ahead with these but will obviously let you know if anything changes. Regarding previously cancelled events, over the next few days I will get in touch with you all individually to sort out refunds or rescheduling for a later date - I have to be honest it does feel a little overwhelming at the moment but I promise I will get you all sorted! Again I want to say thank you for your patience, understanding and truly kind messages and texts. This little community we have built together really does mean the world to me and I can’t wait to be back sharing my love of Sound with you all 💖🙏💖

Sadly HeadSpace Healing has needed to be put on pause again for a short time as I’m back in with our lovely drs and nurses for a while 😌
Huge apologies for all those that have so far been affected by cancelled events and please rest assured I will be in touch very soon again to refund/reschedule. Life is quite up in the air at the moment whilst trying to navigate a way going forward with this extra auto immune condition but I am still keeping positive that I will soon have a workable management plan to support me. Thanks for bearing with me and for your kind messages and I really can’t wait to get back and see all your lovely faces soon! 🥰🥰🥰

Happy Spring Equinox! 🌱A day of perfect balance between light and dark as we move forward into the brighter half of the year! 🌼 A day to celebrate renewal, awakenings and new beginnings 🌱
As some of you may know I have been quite poorly lately but after having a short stay in hospital and finally getting a diagnosis I am now home and just waiting for a plan of action going forward - I won’t go into detail here but just to say thankfully it’s nothing too awful and although I will need to make some lifestyle changes I know it will be perfectly manageable once I have some plans in place. Sadly I have had to cancel our Spring Equinox event for tomorrow as well as last weeks session in Congresbury and I thank you all so much for your understanding as I hate to let people down. Next week we have Portishead and Nailsea and I’m currently very confident they will go ahead as planned.
I have been using my Sounds to help ‘heal’ my mind and my nervous system and feeling more positive each day and this stunning weather has come at just the right time ☀️ Your lovely kind messages have given me a real lift too!
Today on the Spring Equinox my overall feeling is gratitude sprinkled with acceptance ✨🙏✨

I have been quiet on here lately because being totally transparent I have been feeling quite down and poorly over the last month or so and things have been quite up in the air for me whether I would be able to hold my booked sessions 😌 Tonight all was well though and it felt magical to be doing what I LOVE! A full house tonight of beautiful souls with beautiful energy and seeing all your lovely faces gave me a real boost 💖 Thank you for your wonderful feedback and for allowing me the honour to hold space for you in Sound…..When the world outside is going mad we come to our heart space and fill it with LOVE 💗💗💗

As the rain fell outside we were warm and cosy in the beautiful Tithe Barn surrounded by fairy lights and candles! Another beautiful evening holding space in Sound for 16 wonderful souls 💖💖💖
I have felt quite under the weather this week and it has been a struggle to commit to 3 sessions in 6 days but all your beautiful energies and lovely feedback along with the healing benefit of Sound has carried me through so THANK YOU ALL 🙏 I must admit though I am looking forward to resting now! I’ll be back in March where we have just 2 spaces available for our Equinox afternoon on the 21st and 4 spaces for Portishead on the 25th - all other March events are now fully booked so get in touch if you would like one of these spaces.

Thank you for showing yourselves some Love and joining me on a wet Saturday afternoon 💗 We talked about making time for ourselves and that’s just what we did 💗 We were snug and cosy and bathed in candle and fairy lights as we ‘drifted into stillness’ with the Gongs 💗 So lovely to have time to ground and connect afterwards too 💗 I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did but I’m gutted I forgot to hand out your little gift bags I’d made up at the end! If you’re booked into another event next month I will try to remember to bring one for you then! 💗
