Ongoing mid-back tension isn’t always just “tight muscles”. It can be influenced by the way you breathe, how you sit day to day, or how different parts of your body are working together.

Osteopathy focuses on the bigger picture, not just where it hurts. That might mean looking at rib mobility, stress-related holding patterns, or how another area is compensating.

If stretching and foam rolling aren’t giving you lasting relief, it could be time to get to the root cause. Book in and let’s figure out what’s really going on.

Neck pain isn’t always down to your pillow, or even your posture. It can be influenced by stress, jaw tension, screen time, or limited movement through your upper back and ribs.

Osteopathy looks at the body as a whole. We assess how everything’s working together - from breathing patterns to your workspace setup - to uncover what’s really driving the discomfort.

If your neck feels stiff, sore, or just won’t fully settle, book in and let’s get to the bottom of it.

Ladies, are you already craving a bit of self-care?
Take a morning for yourself. No work. No rushing. Just you, your body, and time to learn something that helps you feel better long after the morning ends.

Our Pelvic Floor Release Workshop is coming up in just over a week's time and we have just two spaces remaining! This workshop is about having fun with pelvic floor release techniques; learn stretches alongside focussed inhibition of the pelvic floor using trigger balls and evidenced based strengthening techniques for an area of the body we don’t always think about as a muscle that needs our attention!

If every step feels like walking on broken glass, plantar fasciitis could be part of the picture - but the underlying cause often starts further up the body.

Tight calves, limited ankle movement, changes in the way you walk, or even hip and lower back imbalances can all contribute to ongoing heel pain.

At Nimble, we don’t just focus on the foot. We look at how your whole body moves to reduce strain and help you get back to comfortable, confident walking.

If rest, insoles, and stretching haven’t made a difference, it might be time to try a different approach.

Our latest Newsletter has landed. Why movement in this season is needed more than normal and details of new classes and services available at Nimble. Grab a hot drink, it's short read, but a good'un!

Which has meant many of you are feeling a bit more sedentary than usual. While I’m actually quite a fan of slowing down a little in the winter months, there is a balance. Too much sitting still tends to cause havoc for those prone to joint and muscle stiffness and even sluggish digestion.
