Today we caught Buddy the Elf behind the reception desk photocopying… himself. In full colour. Multiple copies. Posing. Striking angles. Honestly, this elf has ZERO shame 😆✨

He said he just wanted some “festive headshots” — but the stack of elf selfies tells another story. 😂

Keep your eyes peeled… we have a feeling these photocopies are going to start turning up everywhere.

😳🎅 BUDDY… WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! 🎅😳
Today we caught our mischievous little elf defacing one of our patient smile posters — and we think someone might be a tiny bit jealous of their brand-new grin! 😆🦷✨

He added doodles, false lashes, sparkles… you name it. Clearly Buddy wants a smile makeover of his own! 😂

Don’t worry — no real patient photos were harmed in the making of this elf chaos.

🎄🎬 Uh-oh… Buddy’s been caught! 🎬🎄
Today we found Buddy the Elf sneaking into one of the surgeries… not to help, not to tidy, but to watch his favourite Elf Christmas movie! 😆🍿✨

He had the chair reclined, lights dimmed, snacks ready, and zero shame. Honestly? Same, Buddy… same. 😂

Who knew our surgeries doubled as Elf Cinema?

✨🦷 Buddy’s on X-ray duty! 🦷✨
Today our festive little assistant decided to help out in radiography… and let’s just say Buddy the Elf takes his new role very seriously! 😂🎅

He lined up the sensor perfectly (after three attempts), told everyone to “hold still like a snowman,” and then asked if we could take an X-ray of his candy cane stash. 🍬🤣

Don’t worry — Buddy’s supervision is 99% mischief and 1% useful.

🦷✨ Buddy’s getting scanned! ✨🦷
Today our favourite troublemaker, Buddy the Elf, popped in to see Ric for his very own iTero scan… because even elves need a perfect digital smile! 😆🎅📸

He sat very still (a Christmas miracle), tried to scan his hat twice, and asked if the scanner could detect how many cookies he’s eaten this week. Spoiler: it definitely can. 🍪😂
