What happens during an initial consultation for remedial massage?

I always like to touch base with a new client over the phone, discuss any particular issues and find a suitable date and time for your booking. Once a booking is made, I email over a consultation form for you to complete and submit prior to your appointment.

During the appointment, I go through the answers submitted on your form, carry out any postural or joint analysis required and devise a bespoke treatment for you.

The treatment will include general massage along with techniques such as cupping, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and muscle energy techniques.

I often suggest exercises for you to carry out at home to help strengthen weak muscles or release shortened or tight areas.

Once your treatment is complete, follow up bookings can be made via my booking system, Fresha, using the email provided on your consultation form.
